Return Window

Customers can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery of the order.

Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Products bought under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar offer promotions are eligible for refund.

  • Products purchased at a strike-through or discounted price (without using a coupon code) are eligible for return.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is required for processing:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong product received

The video must clearly show the package being opened from a sealed state.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed 7–10 working days after the product is picked up and inspected, as per RBI guidelines.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunded to the UPI ID or bank account provided by you.

If the exact returned item is not available, our team will help you choose the closest variant or proceed with a full refund.

Exchange Policy – Within 10 Days

We offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery for the following issues:
