3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.

Delivery is usually completed within 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

There are no variations based on location — we aim for consistent delivery timelines.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

There are no additional charges for standard or express delivery options.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• All tags must be intact.
• The product must be in resalable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized jewelry or personalized items are not eligible for return.

We do not accept returns for earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

4. Damaged Products

We accept returns only for damaged products.

Customers must report the issue within 2 days of delivery via email, phone, or the website.

5. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
