Refund and Return Policy for EchoLuxeJewel

At EchoLuxeJewel, we strive to provide the best quality jewelry and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Only jewelry products ordered from our website are eligible for returns.

Note: Items priced under ₹150 are non-returnable.

2. Timeframe for Returns

Our refund and return policy lasts 8 days from the date of purchase. If 8 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

• Full refunds are provided for all payment methods.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method with in 6-7 business days.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We accept returns for items that are:

• Defective

Proof Required: Please provide photo or video evidence of the damage or defect.
